AZ Professional Teams stadiums outdated??

Good Morning, there has been lots of reports that The Arizona Diamondbacks & Arizona Coyotes are looking for a new stadium and possibly new location and the Arizona Cardinals Stadium will be getting a new name.

The Arizona Diamondbacks – The Diamondbacks’ lease with the county, which owns the stadium, prevents the team from talking with outside groups until 2024, and requires the team to play in its current home until 2028. They are saying the stadium is outdated and not safe to play in.

The latest news on that has been nothing since early January. We will keep you guys updated once more details come out.

The Arizona Coyotes – A plan that would provide $225 million in public financing for a new $395 million Arizona Coyotes arena likely does not have the votes to pass the state Senate. So that means they could possibly be leaving Arizona.

The latest on that has been nothing since mid-late February.

The Arizona Cardinals – seeking a new naming-rights partner for their Glendale stadium because the University of Phoenix wants to cut short by nine years a 20-year sponsorship deal, both sides announced Tuesday.

The latest on that is what company will be naming-rights partner.
