In the live arena, internationally, 888 Poker’s next two stops are London and Barcelona. Poker World Magazine’s Valerie Ross told me she has been invited by 888 to Barcelona. This is going to be spicy. Barcelona tends to bring out the “Who’s Who” of poker.
John Juanda notably won EPT Barcelona 2015 for 1 million Euro. In the U.S., Joshua Berardi won GSSS 50k gtd High Roller for $10K. New Jersey’s online poker festival saw “Tiger915” win the 100k for nearly $20,000. Mj23style and mazz10 also scored $7500+ on multiple fts combined.

An interesting prop bet broke out between the Staples brothers and Bill Perkins, 3k to 150k that Matt and Jamie can get within 1 lb of one another in a year. The two weigh approximately 310 and 165. Mike Matusow and Ted Forest have felt this bet’s pain.
Also, in other “IRL” news, Seneca Gaming is holding the Western New York Challenge. Events range from $150 to $300 with a $1k Main Event. The events will run from March 31- April 10. What a beautiful bonus attendees have in Niagara Falls, the views are nearly worth the trip, alone.
Baller alert: PokerStars Championship Macau is busting out the HK$82k PLO High Roller, HK$100k, HK$200k and HK$400k High Rollers will run from March 31- April 9. One wonders if a certain blonde Colorado native female will be in the field. The truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. The Main Event is HK$42,000 to enter. 1 US Dollar is approximately worth 8 HK$. This makes the high roller events approximately $50,000, $25k, and $12k buy-ins.
